3. Remove paper. Remove paper from the multi-function feeder and
paper tray, and store it in an environment with less humidity and
dust.
Important:
For storage of paper, see "Paper Storage" in Chapter 2.
4. Remove the print unit. Open the upper cover and remove the
print unit. (See "Replacing the Print Unit and Internal Cleaning"
in this chapter for information on how to remove the print unit.)
Caution:
• If the printer is moved with the print unit (including the toner
bottle) installed, toner may scatter inside the printer.
• Do not swing the print unit after removal. Toner may spill.
• Put the removed print unit in its original black bag for avoiding
strong light, or wrap it in dust-proof paper or cloth.
5. Move the printer. Two persons are required to move the printer.
Move it carefully.
6. Mount the printer at a proper place.

For the procedure for mounting the printer at another place, see
"Setting Up" in Chapter 1.
