To replace the toner bottle, follow these steps:
Toner bottle
Caution:
Do not remove the print unit without the toner bottle in order to
avoid scattering toner.
Be careful not to allow dust or foreign matter into the toner hopper.

Upper cover
1. Open the upper cover.
2. Tap the toner bottle. Tap
the toner case to drop any
remaining toner from toner
bottle into print unit. This
avoids the remaining toner
from being spilt inside the
printer during replacement.
3. Unlock and remove the
old toner bottle. Pull the
top of the toner bottle
toward you to swing the
bottle from the upright
position to the removable
position. Gently lift the
bottle. If necessary, clean
toner around the toner
hopper entry of the print
unit.
4. Take out a new toner
bottle from its envelope.
5. Fully shake the toner
bottle two or three times.
