6.1 Before Installing Internal Options
The following internal options can be installed in this server.
5-inch storage bay
(5-inch internal device option)
2.5-inch storage bay
(internal hard disk unit)
Make sure to use the screws which are used to install or remove internal options to the same devices.
Failure to do so can damage the device.
The types of optional devices listed in this manual are liable to be updated without any notice. Please
be forewarned.
When installing optional devices (such as internal/external options and USB devices), be sure to use
the specific devices in a system configuration diagram for stable PRIMERGY server operations. If you
use the unauthorized third party options, it is not warranty that the server related products will operate
properly.
