Message Description
It indicates a Server Management Controller error. Turn off the
server and turn it back on. If the message still appears, the
baseboard must be replaced. Contact an office listed in the
"Contact Information" of "Start Guide".
Microcode update, which is necessary for the installed processor, is
not included in BIOS. Check whether proper CPUs are installed, and
update BIOS by using BIOS update tool supplied with CPUs. If the
message still appears after the update, start up BIOS Setup Utility,
and change the setting as follows. Select the [Server] menu – the
[CPU Status] submenu – [Re-enable Failed CPUs], and change it to
"Yes". If the message still appears thereafter, the baseboard must be
replaced. Contact an office listed in the "Contact Information" of
"Start Guide".
It indicates a PCI error. The baseboard or CPUs must be replaced.

If the message appears after the baseboard or CPUs are replaced,
start up BIOS Setup Utility, and select the [Exit] menu – [Save
Changes & Exit]. If the message still appears, the CPUs or the

It indicates a redundant PSU error. The message may appear if a
pair to PSU is damaged when you operate with redundant
configurations. Replace PSU and Power BP in this order.
It indicates a memory module error. Check whether the memory
modules are properly installed. If the message appears although
the installation is proper, replace the memory modules.
It indicates a CPU error. No CPUs are available for the system.
