Features provided by software Version 457
Two changes were introduced in this version:
•
The first change allows a called party, to ignore an external or internal call that is ringing their phone. They
can place another call or activate a feature rather than answer the call.
•
The second change is that call forwarding on no answer is activated for incoming calls to a busy extension.

The following features and feature changes were introduced:

Dial by name Directory service
•
Hunting between extensions in a hunt group
•
Information only voice boxes
•
Separate Auto-Attendant timers for Day and Night Modes
•
Voice Mail Access under a programmable key
•
Phantom mailboxes can be programmed to answer calls.
