4.7 Channel Detail Menu in Manual Mode

4.7.29 Add a Device to the Channel

Select [A] from the menu and press ENTER.
Enter New Device Name >>>
Enter the desired name for the new device and press ENTER.
Enter New Device IP address >>>
Enter the IP address of the new device in the format X.X.X.X and press ENTER.
Enter New Device Port number >>>
Enter the IP Communication Port Number (0-65534) of the new device and press ENTER.
(Use 1628 as a default port number.) The Channel Details Menu will be refreshed and the
new device will appear in the list.

4.7.30 Delete a Device from the Channel

Select [D] from the menu and press ENTER.
Enter Device # to be deleted >>>
Enter the number of the device that is to be deleted and press ENTER. For example, to
delete the Adept Gateway device, select [00] and press ENTER. The Channel Detail Menu
will be refreshed and the device will be removed from the Channel List.

4.7.31 Update Channel Member Names

Select [U] from the menu and press ENTER.

The Gateway will then query the members of the channel for their names and update the
displayed list.

4.7.32 Access Device Details

To display additional information about the device, type the number of the desired device
and press ENTER. For example, to access the device details for this Gateway, select [000]
and press ENTER. See Section 4.8 for further explanation of the Device Detail Menu.
