6. Drag the GadgetGateway from the orphans list to the desired channel. The Gateway
should be added to the same channel as the i.LON. After a few seconds, both the i.LON
and the GadgetGateway devices should turn green.

7. Verify that the GadgetGateway is configured correctly by checking the Channel List on
the Gateway. This can be done through either the Serial Interface or the Web Interface
(Section 4.6 or Section 5.6). If configured correctly, the Gateway will have two entries
in its Channel List: itself and the i.LON.
8. The Gateway and the i.LON will now communicate with each other over IP and will
tunnel packets between ANSI/EIA 709.1 networks once they have been commissioned
using LonMaker or another ANSI/EIA 709.1 management tool.
Note: Save configuration data after completing the configuration steps. Manually entered
configuration data will be lost on a reboot unless it is saved first. To save configuration
data to flash Select [S] from the Main Menu and press ENTER. (See Section 4.3.4)
