Make sure the Ethernet adapters on the LAN computer and the DMZ server are
installed and functioning properly.
Verify that the IP address of the DMZ port and the LAN port are on separate
subnets.
Make sure that NAT is configured for your DMZ servers.
Check the 10M/100M DMZ LEDs on the front panel. One of these LEDs should
be on. If they are both off, check the cables between your ZyWALL and hub or
the station.
Verify that the IP address and the subnet mask of the ZyWALL and the servers
are on the same subnet.
CORRECTIVE ACTION

be through the user name and password, the MAC address or the host name.
Use the following corrective actions to make sure the ISP can authenticate your
connection.
You need a username and password if you're using PPPoE or PPTP
encapsulation. Make sure that you have entered the correct Service Type, User
Name and Password (the user name and password are case sensitive). Refer
to
Chapter 7 WAN Screens
If your ISP requires MAC address authentication, you should clone the MAC
address from your computer on the LAN as the ZyWALL's WAN MAC address.
Refer to
Chapter 7 WAN Screens
is recommended that you clone your computer's MAC address, even if your ISP
