Installing the HDD/SSD backplane

There are two variants of HDD/SSD backplanes available, PCH and SAS
backplanes. While PCH backplanes are used to connect SATA drives, SAS
backplanes can be used to connect to SAS drives.

Both backplane variants have the same form factor, so note the labeling
(see ovals).

Ê Lift the HDD/SSD backplane over the fixing brackets (1).
Ê Press the HDD/SSD backplane into the slot (see arrows).
