16. Making both black & white AND color copies at the same time
[BW/Selection mode]
This mode is convenient when you do not necessarily need all of the
copies to be in color. In this case, using this mode can save you time
as making black and white copies is faster than making color copies.
NOTE
If you do not have a Memory Copy Board installed as standard
equipment, the optional Memory Copy Board must be installed in your
copier in order to use this mode.

Press the Book Mode key to light the corresponding
indicator.

Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select "x Color/BW
selection" ["x COLOUR/B&W SELECTION"] and then press
the Enter key. The "Enter number of copy" screen will
appear.

Use the numeric keys on the keypad, the O cursor key or
the P cursor key to select the number of black and white
copies (or copy sets) you want to make.

Press the N cursor key to change to the color copy setting.

Use the numeric keys on the keypad, the O cursor key or
the P cursor key to select the number of color copies (or
copy sets) you want to make.

Press the Enter key.
The message display will return to the "Ready to copy."
screen.
