Printing out the copy management list

1 Display the "Copy Management" screen. (See page 7-3.)
NOTE
Make sure that 11" x 8 " or 8

loaded in one of the drawers. (8
loaded into the optional Paper Feeder.)
Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select "v Printer

managemnt list" ["v PRINT MANAGEMENT LIST"].

3 Press the Enter key. The copy management list will be
printed out and then the display will return to the screen in
step 2.
4 Use the M cursor key to select "z End" and then press the
Enter key. The message display will return to the "Ready to
copy." screen.

Turning copy management ON/OFF

1 Display the "Copy Management" screen. (See page 7-3.)
NOTE
An indication whether copy management is currently ON or OFF will
appear in the upper right portion of the screen.
Perform the following procedures when you want to change the copy
management setting.
2 Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select
"b Management on/off" ["b COPY MANAGEMENT
ON/OFF"].

3 Press the Enter key.
4 Use the M cursor or the N cursor key to select "z On" or
"x Off", as appropriate.
