Adjust the slide guides to fit the
size of the original for the interrupt
copy job.

Place the side to be copied face
down.
The original is automatically pulled in and copying starts.
During the interrupt copy job, the message "Performing
interrupt job." appears on the Touch Panel Display.

You cannot resume the previous copy job without
canceling the Interrupt mode. Upon completion of the
interrupt copy job, be sure the Interrupt mode.

Remove the original for the
interrupt copy job, and close the
single sheet document feeder.

Place the previous original on the
platen glass.

You can only insert one sheet at
a time; failure to do so may cause
a paper jam.
When copying is completed, be
sure to remove the original
returned to the single sheet
document feeder.
If Feeder Auto Start is set to OFF
in the Custom Settings mode, the
original is not automatically
pulled in. In this case, press the
(Start) key to start copying.

To make another interrupt copy,
press the [Yes] key.
You can also cancel the interrupt
mode by pressing the
Steps 8 and 9 apply if you were
copying from the platen glass.
