Setting Items in Additional Functions Mode

Item and Description
Standard Key Settings
Assign frequently-used features to the
standard keys.
Standard Display Window
Specify the type of the copy setting
mode window shown on the standard
display.
Energy Saver Adjustment
Set the energy saving ratio in the energy
saver mode.
Inch Entry
Set the inch entry key display to ON/
OFF for the numeric value input screen.
Confirmation Window Auto Display
Specify whether or not to automatically
display the setting confirmation window.
Auto Sort
Specify whether or not to automatically
sort copies when the optional Feeder
and Stapler Sorter are attached.
Drawer Eligibility for APS/ADS
Specify whether or not to automatically
select another drawer with the same
size paper loaded when a drawer runs
out of paper.
Audible Tones
Specify whether or not to produce the
entry sound, error tone, or job done
sound.
Exposure Level Switch
Set the number (9 or 17) of gradations
adjusted by the copy exposure keys.
Transparency Feed Location
Register where transparencies are
loaded.
Thin Paper Feed Location
Register where thin paper is loaded.
Change Color Sheet
Change or register the color sheet
settings or print the colors of a selected
color sheet.
Feeder Auto Start
Specify whether or not to automatically
feed and start copying when an original
is inserted to the single sheet document
feeder of the optional Feeder.
Standard Settings
Specify whether to change, set, or
initialize the standard copy settings.
