Enter values to designate the area
using the number keys.
Press the [X1], [Y1], [X2], or [Y2] key, and enter the
respective values using the number keys displayed on the
screen.

Press the [OK] key.

Press either the [Framing] or
[Blanking] key.

Press the [OK] key.
The display returns to the Sp. Feature screen, and the
[Framing/Blanking] key is highlighted.
The copier is now ready to make copies.
Designating Images/Text to be Copied
Framing/Blanking
To enter values in units of mm,
press the mm key.
Up to four areas can be
designated.
To designate another area, press
the next Area No. key.
To specify the image editing
function for each area, first press
the target Area No. key, and then
select the image editing function.
To change or delete an area,
press the [Re-enter/Clear Area]
key. For details, see "To re-enter
an area," on p. 10-7, or "To delete
an area" on p.10-8.
