Press an entry area to register a
department ID number, and then
enter a 4-digit department ID
number using the number keys.

Press an entry area to register a
password, and then enter a 4-digit
password using the number keys.

Press the [OK] key.

The display returns to the Custom Settings screen.

The display returns to the screen for selecting an
Additional Functions feature.

Additional Functions Setting List
You cannot register "0000" for
the department or password. It is
also impossible to register the
existing department ID number.
Press the key to delete the
department ID number or
password.
To go to the setting of the copy
count management, press the
[Copy Totals] key. For details,
