CHAPTER 14: FAULT CODES AND DESCRIPTIONS
Check if the input voltage is normal
Check for possible sudden load
Ensure that the ambient temperature falls within the
specified temperature range.
Make sure that the ventilation holes are not obstructed.
Remove any foreign objects from the heatsinks and check
for possible dirty heat sink fins.
Check the fan and clean it.
Provide enough spacing for adequate ventilation.
Ensure that the ambient temperature falls within the
specified temperature range.
Make sure heat sink is not obstructed. Check if the fan is
operating
Check if there is enough ventilation clearance for VFD.
Make sure that the motor is not obstructed.
Ensure that the ambient temperature falls within the
specified temperature range.
Take the next higher power VFD model.
