• From email alerts if you have been configured as a recipient on the Email page
If you have a system console attached to the HP D2D, you can also use that to review the RAID status.
See the "HP StorageWorks D2D Backup System User Guide" for more information about using the Web
Management Interface and the system console.
Once RAID expansion has completed successfully, you must reboot your HP D2D Backup System. A
reboot request is included in the Log and email. It is also shown on the Summary page.

After reboot, no further configuration is required. If you check the RAID page you will see that the
System and RAID status are OK and all disks are licensed. An email is also sent to confirm this and an
entry is created in the Log.
