1 Turn off the power switch while
copy paper is moving through the
feeding assembly. At this time, is
the back of the paper soiled?
2 Does the problem occur at
intervals of about 52 mm?
3 Is the take-up mechanism of the
fixing cleaning belt and the
cleaning mechanism of the upper
roller normal?
