System Programming
Reports
This appendix describes the contents and shows examples of
system programming reports. You can generate these reports by
selecting the "Print" option from the System Programming Menu.
If you are using a PC with SPM, you must direct the reports to the
PC port by selecting "Print-Opts" from the SPM Main Menu and
then selecting "PC port" from the Printer Options screen. When
reports are directed to the PC port, you can print them on a
printer connected to your PC (hard copy) or as a print file on
either a hard disk or floppy disk. To view a print file, you must
exit SPM and use DOS commands. If you are programming from
a remote location, exiting SPM also disconnects you from the
control unit modem.
Note: The System Programming & Maintenance report should
not be printed while the system is handling more than 100 calls
per hour.
