Preparation

Planning Forms

First, review the completed planning forms, service order forms,
and floor plan. If you do not have these forms, contact the
customer's AT&T representative, the Customer Service Center
(CSC), or the authorized AT&T dealer. The planning forms are
listed in Tables 2-1, 2-2, and 2-3. Not all of them are necessary
for each system.
