After installing the adapter, label each jack going to the CU with
the CO line number. Use the list provided by the local telephone
company or the planning form(s) for outside lines/trunks as a
reference.
You may also need to know the interface codes for network
facilities. These codes are shown below in Table 3-33 by trunk
type and adapter type.
