General Telephone Programming
To Program Analog Multiline
Telephones
1.
Label the button.
Note: Skip this step if the feature does not get programmed
onto a button.
a.
Remove the clear label covers from the telephone by
inserting the end of a paper clip in the notch at the top of
the cover.
b.
Write the feature name in the space next to the button to
be programmed.
Replace the cover.

Begin programming by sliding the T/P switch on the side of
the telephone to P.
The telephone rings repeatedly to signal that the telephone is in
programming mode.

Select the feature.
a. Press the button you labeled.
If you have a display, it shows the name of the feature currently
programmed on the button. If no feature is programmed, the
display indicates the button is blank.
Note: If the feature does not get programmed onto a
button, press any line button. This does not affect the
button in anyway.
b. Dial the programming code.
The feature is programmed.
4.
End programming by sliding the T/P switch to the center
position.
The telephone stops ringing.
