General heading

The General heading allows you to assign a name to the analog device and to view the
physical port number assigned to the DN.

From Unified Manager, click on the keys beside Services, Telephony Services, System DNs,
and Active set DNs.

Click on the DN record (DN XXXX) for an analog device.

Configuring an analog device DN record
Description
This setting shows the DN number for the analog device.
Use this setting to provide a more specific description of the device, such
as the last name of the user or the device location.
This is a read-only setting when the analog device is installed on the
system.
