General messages

The following messages can be generated by any process within CC MIS.
Database read failure [xx] — table: yyyy
An error occurred while reading data from the table specified in the "yyyy"
field. "xx" gives the database error code. (Action Code: B)
Database write failure [xx] — table: yyyy
An error occurred while writing data to the table specified in the "yyyy"
field. "xx" gives the database error code. (Action Code: B)
Database deletion failure [xx] — table: yyyy
An error occurred while trying to delete a record from the table specified in
the "yyyy" field. "xx" gives the database error code. (Action Code: B)
Database connect failure [xx]
An error occurred while trying to connect to the database server process to
perform a database operation. "xx" gives the database error code. (Action
Code: B)
Database table lookup failure [xx] — table: yyyy
An error occurred while trying to obtain database structure information for
the table specified in the "yyyy" field. "xx" gives the database error code.
(Action Code: B)
Database record lookup failure [xx] — rectype: yyyy
An error occurred while trying to obtain database structure information for
the record type specified in the "yyyy" field. "xx" gives the database error
code. (Action Code: B)
