The reset process takes several minutes.
Note
To reset IDSM-2 from the CLI, follow these steps:
Log in to the console.
Step 1
Reset IDSM-2:

router# hw-module module module_number reset [hdd:1 | cf:1]

This example shows the output of the reset command:
router# hw-module module 8 reset
