9.3 Clearing Document Jams
● Loading torn, folded or wrinkled
documents will jam or damage the
documents. For such documents,
place them directly on the document
glass.
● When you divide a large document
stack for scanning, reload all the
documents of the stack that is
loaded after a document jam is
cleared. You do not need to reload
the stacks of documents before the
document jam was detected.
