476 Appendix E Configuring the Local Tools menu
1. Manual Secure Local Menu
When this option is selected, you are prompted to enter the fixed password
whenever the Services key is double-pressed.
2. Manual Partial Secure Menu
When this option is selected, you are prompted to enter the fixed password
whenever you access the Local Diagnostics and the Network Configuration
sub menus.
3. Manual Disable Secure Menu
When this option is selected, the Lock Menu is disabled.
4. DHCP Secure Mode
The IP Phone follows the menu lock configuration received from the Full
DHCP string
For information about Password Protection of the Local Tools menu in the
applicable IP Phone section in this document.
5. Lock Now
The Lock Now item immediately exits the Tools menu, closes any open
Tools menu pages, and locks the Tools menu.
