The system deleted the remainder of a Memory Card file that was
being updated when a power interruption occurred.
ON: File deleted
OFF: No files deleted
The system deleted the remainder of an EM file memory file that
was being updated when a power interruption occurred.
ON: File deleted

ON when an instruction processing error or an illegal area access
error occurs during background processing.
ON: Error. OFF (0) when power is turned ON. OFF (0) when oper-
