• "Temperature" and "Wall Temperature" Input Signals
i. Raw and Calibrated units should match the units used by the Controller.
ii. The Calibration for these signals should be the default (Slope: 1; Offset: 0). These
signals are calibrated at the controller.
iii. Set the Advanced Setpoint 1 to 2:2408u. This Advanced Setpoint can also be
applied to the base instrument (UCA, HTUCA or SGSA). This set point is used to
select the appropriate PID values. See
in Section 5.

5265MG Schedules

Two Default Test Profiles with Motor Schedules are provided:
A common customization is to add a Temperature Ramp of 28 minutes to 150°F and then
Continuous Dwell. To create a custom schedule:
• Select Tools > Configure > Test Profiles
• Expand the list next to the appropriate Model 5265MG Instrument.
• Select the desired Test Profile and click the Copy button.
• Refer to the 5270 Documentation for more details.

Network Configuration

Changing the Network Configuration of the control PC usually requires Administrator
privileges. Chandler Engineering recommends that the user account that is normally used on
the control computer have local Administrator privileges.
From Chandler Engineering, the 5265MG is configured with the following IP Configuration:
