Stopping a Test

1. When the test is complete, click the "Stop Test" in the toolbar. The following dialog
is displayed.
By default, the Temperature controller is checked but the Motor controller is not.
Check the box next to "Motor Speed" and click "Yes".
NOTE: if the test is stopped automatically, the dialog displayed above will not
appear. The Temperature controller will be reset but the Motor Speed will NOT be
reset.
2. Stop the pumping system and slowly decrease the pressure in the vessel
3. Release remaining pressure from the vessel using the pressure release valve located at
the front of the instrument.
4. Remove the motor assembly and place in the support collar on the top panel.
5. Remove the thermocouple.
6. Remove the J-tube.
7. Slide the vessel assembly from the instrument.
8. Disassemble the vessel and remove the sample, clean the vessel assembly and top
plug assembly.
