Sensors
For this measurement system, several sensors can be used.
In order to obtain accurate measuring results, keep the surface of the sensor clean and free from damage.
The capacitive measuring process is area-related. A minimum area (see table) is required depending on the sensor model and mea-
suring range. In the case of insulators the dielectric constant and the target thickness also play an important role.
