May be caused by a temporary timing problem in the
communication between the two processors. Power off,
wait one minute, then power on to reset the
communication interface.
if alarm reoccurs, power off the pump and access the test
mode as described in Section 5.3.2.3, Entering the
Service Test Mode. Select 02 CLEAR EXT RAM
then 03 CLEAR ERR LOG. Power off, wait one
minute, then power on again. If alarm does not
reoccur, it has been cleared.
If the alarm reoccurs, check main CPU U19 or safety
CPU U18.

Return the pump to the manufacturer to have the
