Scope
This Technical Service Manual presents technical information about the Abbott Ambulatory
Infusion Manager (AIM™) and Abbott Ambulatory Infusion Manager Plus (AIM® Plus) infusion
pumps. It is intended for the trained technician experienced in analysis, troubleshooting and repair of
analog and digital microprocessor-based equipment.
It is organized into the following nine sections:

Note: In this manual, the terms "pump" and "pumps" refer to all configurations of both the AIM and
AIM Plus unless otherwise specified.

depending on the configuration of the pump in use.
