11. Tilt the top case onto the motor frame and back case. Be sure that the motor frame fits within the
ledge on the top case and that the keypad cables loop back toward the printer connector. Push
down on the top case, then tum the pump over. Verify that none of the wires obstruct the
mounting holes,
12. Attach the motor frame to the front case with a 2-56 x 3/16-inch fillister-head screw (refer 10
Figure 7-1. Back Case Screws).
13. Attach the back case to the front case using four 2-56 x 3/8-inch flat-head screws and one 10-32 x
3/8-inch flat-head screw at the top left. Tighten all screws.
14. Carefully seal the outside of the pump using RTV in the seam; do not get RTV in the power
switch or battery door areas. Wipe off any excess RTV that goes beyond the indent part of the
seam.
