Press [1] to select PORTESCAP.
Press [YES] to begin calibration.
The pump starts the motor, increases the duty cycle, measures the
motor speed, and measures the motor current at intervals. The
pump then determines the linearity of the relationship between the
duty cycle set and the actual motor speed.
If an error code is displayed, refer to Section
6.3.3, Servo
Calibration Failure Codes, for troubleshooting information.
Verify the following readings:
MD
= 50-75
(minimum duty cycle)
LR
= >25
(lowest rate)
ILO
= 200 - 450
(minimum current with torque brake)
(or)
= 100-450
(minimum current with primed set)
IHI
= 275- 600
(maximum current with torgue brake)
(or)
= 175-600
(maximum current with primed set)
SLOPE
= 3109-4505
(slope of the line)
INTRC
= 4866-5806
(intercept of the line)
ERR
= 0-1
(line error)
Ifusing the PVT Form, record the results.
Press [YES] to indicate PASS and go to the next test, [NO] to exit
the FINAL ATP, or press [BACK-UP] to repeat the test.
Disconnect the torque brake fixture from the pump's motor shaft
extension or remove primed set from motor frame.
Note: Donot clear NVRAM
after calibrating the motor, as this will
clear the motor constants obtained.
