Status Display and Error Messages
Possible reason
▶ Wrong parameters
▶ Motor connected incorrectly
▶ Mechanical problems
▶ Connection of motor feedback faulty
▶ Broken cable
Motor connection/configuration is faulty:
1
No motor connected / incorrect
wiring, broken cable
2
Wrong parameters
▶ No ballast resistor is connected or
ballast resistor is dimensioned too
small, i.e. X41/X63 not connected
▶ DC link not connected
▶ The error E44 is triggered in case of
wrong current feed of the motor dur-
ing operation without sensor.
▶ Faulty parameters entered for the
motor or faulty dimensioning of the
motor. The error depends on the dri-
ve function. For details refer to the
corresponding setup instructions.
Short circuit of the power output stage
due to:
1
Faulty drive control
2
Wrong parameters, output stage
defective, broken cable, short cir-
cuit etc.
3
Short to ground of a motor phase
4
Wrong parameters, output stage
defective, broken cable, short cir-
cuit etc.
5
Drive function V/f: incorrect para-
meter setting of "Flying restart"
