7. PROGRAMMING THE MACHINE
PARAMETERS

7.1 Accessing the menu

To programme the unit and view data, press on the right slide
of the touchscreen display.

7.2 Energy Saving Management

Three "Energy Saving" operating modes are available:
• : manual activation.
• : programmed operation.
• : self-learning management.
To turn off the machine or activate the Energy Saving mode,
proceed as follows:
• Select the bar on the right side of the display.
• Select the menu button
• Select the desired function.
If the machine is off or in "Energy Saving" mode, simply tap
the display to resume operation. The machine will return to
full operation within 1 minute.
In any case, the system will continue to follow the configured
energy-saving settings.
• The Energy Saving features can only be enabled
manually by selecting the machine or group icon, as
shown in the figure.

• The Energy Saving functions are enabled accord-
ing to the programming (see para.7.2.2 on page 48).
• The Energy Saving functions are enabled and in
self-learning mode, the system automatically manages
energy saving by lowering the temperature based on the
cycles performed in previous days and weeks.
To enable the "Energy Saving" system, press the
ton and select the desired mode:
