SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
I.
LEVEL OF TRAINING AND
I.I.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED OF THE
USER
The User:
• is the person in charge of operating the
machine and performing the routine
cleaning operations indicated in this
manual.
• must be properly trained and knowledge-
able about how the machine works and any
residual risks present during its operation.
• must be able to act in accordance with
the rules governing the principles of food
hygiene in force in the country where the
machine itself is being used.
Any unauthorised tampering with
any parts of the machine renders
the guarantee null and void and relieves
the manufacturer of any liability should
the machine malfunction or any user acci-
dents occur.
INSTALLATION

Installation operations must always and
exclusively be performed by the Technician
and in compliance with the current health
and safety regulations.
OPERATION
I.III.
Even though the machine is provided with all
the safety devices required to eliminate pos-
sible risks for the User, there are still certain re-
sidual risks.
These so-called residual risks refer to the parts
of the machine that may pose a risk to the User
if:

• used incorrectly.
• assessed incorrectly.
• the installed safety devices are deacti-
vated by circumventing the provisions
contained in this Manual.
The machine is also equipped with appropri-
ate warnings placed on residual risk areas,
which must be scrupulously observed.
The below-listed residual risks, present when the
machine is in operation and being used, must
be observed as they cannot be eliminated.
ThE following is prohibited:
• using the machine in altered psycho-
physical conditions; under the influence of
drugs, alcohol, psychotropic medications,
etc.
• using the machine in an environment at
risk of fire.
• Using the machine in an explosive atmo-
spheres, aggressive atmospheres or those
with a high concentration of dust or oily
substances suspended in the air.
ELECTRICAL HAZARD
When using the electrical appliance,
several safety standards must be observed:
• Do not touch the appliance with wet/
damp hands or feet.
• Do not use the appliance barefooted.
• Do not use extension leads.
• Do not use in rooms where there are show-
ers or baths.
• Do not pull the power cord to disconnect
the appliance.
• The appliance's power cord must not be
replaced by the user. If the cord is dam-
aged, turn the appliance off and contact a
Technician.
• Do not leave the appliance exposed to
atmospheric agents (rain, sun, etc.).
