1. Failed charger SKU number and serial number
2. Failed module SKU number and serial number
3. Customer name (for our reference)
4. Problem description, including any fault codes
5. Data download from the charger, including charge logs and fault logs
6. Ship-to contact name
7. Ship-to phone number (if possible, include a cell phone number for text
messaging) and email address
8. Ship-to company address
We also recommend taking pictures using your cell phone in case you
need to send them to Webasto Customer Support via text message or email
– we can use the images to help diagnose any problems.
