5 APPENDIX A – LOCAL PRESET

For locations which require limiting either the amount of fuel or total

price prior to the dispensing of fuel, an optional Local Preset keypad

(Figure A.1) is available. This option is only available on dispenser

which do not have payment systems installed.

• Presets the maximum fuel volume or money sale amount.

• The dispenser will automatically stop at the preset quantity.

• If installed, the local preset keypad may be used in place of

the Manager Keypad.

5.2 HOW TO DISPENSE FUEL WITH THE LOCAL PRESET OPTION

NOTE: The preset amount cannot be changed once flow begins. The preset amount can be changed

before the flow of fuel.

1. Press the Money or the Volume key to change the preset, see Figure A.2.

2. Using the zero through nine keys, enter an amount. Errors can be corrected by pressing the

Cancel key (X) and starting over.

Now follow the steps in Section 2.1 Dispense Fuel.
