3.36 MENU CODE 50: PULSE OUTPUT

Fleet Management Systems Only! Pulse output simulates a mechanical dispenser interface.
Program pulse unit, pulse ratio, and pulse output speed in Pulses Per Second (PPS).
IMPORTANT: Before programming pulse output the following must be programmed first:
• In Menu Code 21 Program: FLEET RS485.
• In Menu Code 22 Program for RS485 Fleet with Pulse Output: select 1 or 2. Side 1 must be
address 1. Side 2 must be address 2.
3.36.1 PROGRAMMING OPTIONS
The pulse unit identifies the source of the pulses (sale data display). The pulse unit options are money or
volume. For all programming selections below, cross reference the table on the following page.
• Pulse Unit
• 0 = Disabled (Default)
• 1 = Money Display – The main display shows (Dollar)
• 2 = Volume Display – The main display shows (Petrol)
Pulse Output Ratio – Money
• 0 = Disabled
• 1 = 100:1 ratio – Most Common
• 2 = 10:1 ratio
• 3 = 1:1 ratio
Pulse Output Ratio – Volume in Gallons (In Menu Code 99 pick gallons or liters)
• 0 = Disabled
• 1 = 1000:1 ratio
• 2 = 100:1 ratio – Most Common
• 3 = 10:1 ratio
Pulse Output Ratio – Volume in Liters (In Menu Code 99 pick gallons or liters)
• 0 = Disabled
• 1 = 100:1 ratio – Most Common
• 2 = 10:1 ratio
• 3 = 1:1 ratio
