3.19 MENU CODE 14: PPV DISPLAY OPTIONS

NOTE: If programming a two-sided dispenser, changing one side will automatically change the second

side to the same value as the first.

NOTE: The default setting allows the PPV Displays to flash during the selection process and go blank

when not selected.

Set the operational characteristics of the PPV displays.

3.19.1 THE FLASH OPTION

Set the PPV Display behavior for the idle hose.

Flash programming options:

• 0 = The PPV displays are illuminated constantly in the idle mode.

• 1 = (Default) The PPV displays flash at 1 second intervals in the idle mode.

3.19.2 THE DASH OPTION

Set the PPV Display behavior for the unselected products.

Dash Programing Options:

• 0 = (Default) All unselected displays become blank after a hose is selected.

• 1 = All unselected displays show dashes after a hose is selected.

3.19.3 THE FLIP OPTION

Allows a two-tier price display to be inverted or flipped between the cash and credit price displays. This

option exists to allow the system to display properly based on POS system requirements.

Flip programming options:

• 0 = (Default) The POS sends the credit price to the top display and cash to the bottom display.

• 1 = The POS sends the credit price to the bottom display and cash to the top display.
