Volume Calibration (Most

•
Return the nozzle
to the boot.
•
The display will
show "000.0" and
the units of error
as "in" or "cc"
(inches or

centimeters /
milliliters).
•
To change the
unit of measure,
see Menu Code
99.
•
Read the site glass on the test measuring can.
•
Key in the volume over or under the targeted amount.
•
Press +/- to toggle the volume between positive or

negative as needed.
•
Press Enter.
•
The Main Display will show: rEADY
•
If there are
additional
products or sides,
press the ↑ to
scroll to the next

product (1B, 2A,
2B).
•
Repeat steps 8-
12.
•
Cancel to exit.
• Press +/-, Enter keys simultaneously to exit programming.
• Flip the calibration switch to the operate position (toward the ON/OFF switch).
• Re-install the thumb screw.

• Secure the calibration seal in accordance with all local and state guidelines.
NOTE: If the calibration value shown is "FFF," skip to the Direct Percentage Overwrite procedure, enter
the factory test values written in marker on each meter housing, and return to this step when
complete.
