3.18.3 IDLE TIMEOUT
Idle Timeout determines the number of seconds a dispenser will hold the previous input (i.e., the nozzle
handle is lifted, a grade select button is pressed, etc.) before returning to its Idle State.

3.18.4 HANDLE STATE
Setting the Handle State time will run all tank pumps simultaneously for the number of seconds desired.
Sites with infrequent use may benefit from this feature so that all hoses are pressure charged whenever
any of them is used.
