3.26 MENU CODE 22: DISPENSER ADDRESS
NOTE: When programming dispensers with two fueling sides, both sides must be programmed
individually.
NOTE: Menu Code 22 is dependent on the setting in Menu Code 21. Program Menu Code 21 prior to
programming Menu Code 22.
Some communication systems require the dispenser to communicate its position (address) to the POS.
NOTE: If the dispenser is communicating (wired and connected) to Bennett's 515 Pump Controller
Interface Box the address must be 0, in this case the dispenser is operating in current loop. Please
refer to manuals available on the Bennett website under resources: www.bennettpump.com.
Address Ranges:
• Current Loop: 0 through 3. Most common is 0.
• Generic Loop: 0 through 30.
• RS485: 0 through 99.
• RS485 Fleet: 0 through 99
• RS485 Fleet with Pulse Output: 1 or 2. Side 1 must be address 1. Side 2 must be address 2.
