    Site Preparation 5 SITE PREPARATION Bennett Pump is not responsible for any damage to the dispenser or for improper operation due to accidents, abuse, or faulty installation. Installation specifications will vary by location; however, this manual assumes certain basic preparations have been met prior to installing the dispenser.

    Use only UL Listed Rigid metal conduit and UL listed sealing fittings with conductor seals. The following wiring requirements must be met to comply with Bennett’s Limited Warranty: • All dispensers and electrical connection boxes must be grounded per NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code).

    Transport the dispenser on the shipping pallet as close as possible to the final destination.     All wiring inside the electrical enclosure of the dispenser must be securely held in place with fasteners and wire clips. For all two (2) wire communication, Bennett strongly recommends twisting the associated wires together no less than 3 turns per foot to reduce the effects of electrical noise on the communication circuit.
