Action
Select or deselect components in the check boxes under Component
types in the Edit dialog.
NOTICE
Flow kit mismatch. A mismatch between the size of the
flow kit mounted on the system and the flow kit selected
in the software can result in a failed process or wrong
data.
Note:
Make sure to select the appropriate components based on the actual setup
of the system and the flow kit to be used.
Note:
The Edit dialog is system specific.
Note:
Select Service to load all the configurations for the flow kit installation test
and system installation test.
Note:
If you want to change the instrument configuration or flow kit type, follow the
instructions in Change components and flow kit type, on page
The system provides weight values of the feed, transfer and permeate using
the following settings.
For the feed:
a. Select the appropriate components under FeedBag Weight.
b. If Feed Mixer (XD1) is selected, select the appropriate mixer under
Feed Mixer Options.
c. If XDM S UF (XD1) is selected, select the appropriate mixer size and
mixer options.
For the transfer:
a. Select Transfer Weight Options →Ext Weight Transfer (WE178).
b. Select Transfer Weight Options →Transfer Mixer (XD2).
For the permeate, choose one out of two options:
• Select Permeate Weight Options →Ext Weight Permeate (WE179).
