To verify the set pump gain factors, check P201_Gain and P202_Gain in Run Data.
Reinstallation procedure
Follow the steps below to reinstall the QF 1200 SU pump.

Action
NOTICE
After the pump gain factor update, wait for about half a
minute for the values to be updated in the system
settings. Do not operate the system during that time.
Action
Disassemble the ring drive assembly of the QF 150 SU pump.
a. Loosen the M4 screws and remove the pressure plate, and then remove
the disposable pump chamber.
b. Loosen the M5 thumb screws and remove the pump plate.
c. Disassemble and remove the ring drive assembly.
Note:
Keep the disassembled components of the QF 150 SU pump for reinstallation
when needed.
Install the ring drive of the QF 1200 SU pump. Fasten the M6 screws to a
torque of 8 Nm.
Attach and fasten the pump plate using the four M5 thumb screws.
Install the pump chamber of the QF 1200 SU pump on the feed pump
assembly on the system. For details, see
path, on page 139.
Attach the pressure plate to the pump assembly and fasten the four M6
screws to a torque of 8 Nm.
