Hollow fiber cartridges

Introduction
This section describes how to install hollow fiber (HF) cartridges in the ÄKTA readyflux
system.
Installation
Follow the instruction below to install a HF cartridge.

Action
Make sure that the system is configured for using HF cartridges of the
intended size.
Prepare the HF cartridge according to the manufacturer's instructions.
Open the hinged arm (1) of the lower mounting bracket and let the bottom
clamp of the HF cartridge rest on the bracket and hinged arm. Close the
hinged arm and hand-tighten the knurled nut (2).
