ÄKTA readyflux is designed for downstream operations as well as upstream harvesting
in line with cGMP guidelines. Other applications are cell harvesting, cell or lysate clarifi-
cation, product concentration, normal flow filtration and diafiltration. The system can
be used with both hollow fiber filter cartridges and flat sheet membrane cassettes.

rately. A flow kit consists of the entire flow path of the system. See
